  • I do weighted straight and bent leg calve raises - 2 seconds up and three down. I also hop on the leg to 180bpm metronome. Both are helping currently.

    I had the same thing last year and this stopped it.

  • So I’ve tried these exercises a little bit and they have really helps. I haven’t had any pain in my ankle since. I just do a couple of sets per day. I think I may even tempt fate and go for a jog soon
