First identify the exact model and year, Mavic change stuff pretty frequently. Then hunt down the Tech manual for the year of introduction of your specific model, since the Mavic Tech manuals are cumulative. Finally discover that you have one of the versions with Zicral spokes and Fore drilled rims and you're basically fucked.

I have owned a pair of Mavic Ksyrium SSC's for the last ten years and love them to bits. Tragically the rear rim has just started to crack..!
Mavic website is not recognising the serial number (because they're so ancient?) and I wonder if anyone has advice about where I could find exact measurements to work out if the rim is available to be replaced?? Obviously if anyone has one lying around that would be ideal...
