Love this f300, mine was stolen last year, let me know if you ever want to part with it.

I dont know! It's made out of waterproof Horween I think so doesn't absorb noticeable amounts of wrist grossness.

I also only wear it a couple of days per month unless I'm going on holiday in which case I put it on an isofrane.

Its odour and stain free so I reckon it's fine.

Edit: Does this mean my 50 year old leather straps need to be incinerated?

I had that happen in London (on Green Lanes). Got off a night bus a bit pissed and some bloke grabbed my hand with two hands and started shaking it. Assumed he was trying to get my wallet or phone from my pockets so pushed him away, silently congratulating myself on still having everything and then realised he'd nicked my watch.

Found a good looking watch from Glashutte.

It was pretty surprising. What made it weirder was I had a coat on so you couldn't even see I was wearing a watch.

Or super weird they shook your left hand

I do wear it on my right wrist but I'd never even considered that.

This was in the bad old days when Green Lanes was a lot more dubious than it is now.

Sorry to hear of your theft, I’ll shout in the unlikely event I sell. I’ve had this two years and only just figured out how to remove a link on a 1098 bracelet (wee bastard spring bars).

It's due out now and is understated class. Limited too, bet they'll be heavily sort after. Just wish they'd not used that rota.

If it was manual and about 4mm thinner I'd be quite tempted. But it's not.

As usual, when you put the original next to the new one the original is clearly a better design - better balanced, better details etc.

The dimensions are better yes but I think id have to disagree on the dial. How the three dials are inset is a nice touch, I think the balance is actually better, fresher, which I guess is a good modern trait, well I feel in this case anyway. Markers without the black line I prefer. Space wise the composition is better, it looks less congested and more legible. The case adds a nice bit of weight too which I also think instills the luxury end more and is more modern as well.

99% of the time I think brand look through the archives and ruin their history nicely. Im really not a Tag fan on the whole but I think they really came through on this. I know some won't like the faux patina but I think they're bang on with the colour. Its that vintage Datejust tone that balances with the silver sunburst just perfect.

I think Breitling messed up the Top Time big time. Really not a fan of the colour way myself, something like this would have been a much better modernisation in my opinion.
