Just thinking out loud, thinking where else is possible with a garden.
And if you're thinking "where can I move?" why would Sutton (and other places south of here) win over somewhere it could be less crowded, schools might be a bit nicer as class sizes smaller, etc and so on.

I dunno. The talk in the house is still "5 year plan" stage and throwing ideas around.
I don't think moving out of London is going to solve some of the unhappiness that is generating the "where else could we live" and would throw up unknown unknowns. As well as known unknowns.
