No your absolutley right. I personally think its way over priced. But interested to be proven wrong!
As for Lance, at the time he was an absolute machine, unfortunately , didn't realise just how much. There's a film about it called 'The Program'. Appreciate its only a film but showed me, if true, just how ceazy it was. And if am being honest, makes me a little suspicious of all top level riders even these days. But thats just and it is only a film but certainly takes some gloss off it.
Despite this the bike is still iconic .

Sorry, I meant that the when adding everything I thought that it was a bit steep. Also absolutely not the bikes fault that Lance did what he did (I was also very much impressed, especially after the Cancer comeback).
