Some more pics. The stey looks like it was massaged to allow a Chainset to run closer to it. Nice details on the lug work and fork crown.

Now with very kind gearing fitted. 34/42 with 13/28 block. This will get up most hills with ease.
Very impressed with this combo. Wishing it was a 57 cm !

Italian Fassi frame as seen,
The frame is rather special with panto engraving. I haven’t come across Fassi but this is one.
The headset is half Gran sport, half Omas, all surfaces are great. (I’ll include the rest of the Omas bits but the crown race is split.
Shimano cartridge bottom bracket, Suginio Gt chainset 34/42
Large flange 600 hubs on Regida rims. Golden arrow / 105 brake set up, Campag rear and front mech. Suntour gear levers. In all it’s very good but could do with a paint job.
There is a scrape on the rear stey where a chain has come off or something, I have ridden it and it feels fine. Just too small by a mile!
