I'm all for lairy cross bikes too, so green tyres and a green/blue-ish frame gets my vote.
searches for orange hubs...
Trek sent me a manual for a Domane with my frame. And a load of plastic parts that confused me

picking up a few bits for the upmentioned Trek
cranks and BBs:
I have Rotor 3d24 in 130BCD and SRAM Rival in 110 and 130BCD. BB size is BB86
Is there any compelling reason to go with one crankset over the other? I have a 130 39T ring but not bought the BB yet.

Rotor looks cooler

Maybe, but lots of nooks and crannies where mud can build up.

Put a direct mount chainring on that for added swag

• #4264
You are quite a hoarder
-
• #4265
can you do that with those cranks? i got them cheap off ebay because the guy had frigged the NDS one. took me another year to track down a correctly sized left arm.
re. hoarding. i plead no contest. it's harder to shift stuff when you have to post it.

Im currently in the exact same boat!!! Just bought a crockett too and I have lost count of the number of hours I have lost trying to figure out what adapters I need to run my Mavix Crossride wheels. Spent the best part of £40 on a few flimsy metal shims and Im still not convinced I've got the right ones

Here's mine in a quick mockup using solid axle wheels to see if the tyres and frame will hate each other

Love it. I'm buying these tyres. And maybe the frame.
Edit - Is this in CP?

Yeah you can borrow the tool to remove that lockring on here.

seeing as you're the man on the spot here, do those cranks use a hollowtech BB? I measured them at 24mm (or a hair under)
