Moon lights can be run from an external USB power bank. That's probably going to be the small/light/cheap alternative to running a weapons grade light in low.
e.g. there are 5Ah power banks on Amazon at around £10 which are 102mm long and 30mm diameter, which is only slightly bigger than a Moon Nebula. Add a 6" USB cable and some zip ties and you're ready to ride all night.
