I could up for having a go at this. Cant find much info on cinelli genius comp. Do you reckon its actually a cinelli?

I couldn't say sorry. I've only ever seen that downtube logo on their MTB frames but I don't know anything about old Cinellis.
Seems I could find one other Cinelli in Genius on the web which looked to have a very similar headtube and forks but had slightly different seatstays so not identical.
I'm sure if you had the serial number you'd be able to find out somewhere
