Wouldn't bother with 451 on the Omnium. Go 406 and put a bigger tyre on. Much wider availability of suitable rims and tyres.

I'm building 451 wheels which is also the size omnium spec on their full builds. My search found mostly junior BMX race rims with really low weight limits but I'm going on the assumption that those are because of the number of cases landings they expect them to get.
yeah this is basically the reason i'm going for 406

If it's 36h Alan's BMX have some NOS AKAI rims cheap. Otherwise Halo were the most available I could find in the UK.
