  • Yeah, been back at it for a while, but my neck says no at about the 2hr mark, and my hand is a tad messed up due to a ligament perforation. But I am riding. Trying to do 3-5 2hr rides a week. Not as fast as I used to be pre accident, also CBF in terms of structured training atm, though.

  • I was pretty determined for a quite while, threw myself into physio and whatnot. Did a 6 week block on TrainerRoad before I was even allowed to ride a bike proper. But somewhere along the line I lost momentum, or the taste for grinding through workouts. I'm kidding myself that this is my "base" phase and I'll get back to it next summer.
