Stuck seatpost couldn’t be removed. Wasn’t particularly keen on cutting it out so I chopped and slotted it and used the chopped tube of the old seatpost as a shim for the 25mm USE seatpost. The fit is satisfyingly snug and I’m happy I don’t have to put in more work.
