Yes, that's the frame that I broke last year indeed. Definitely some good came out of the crash. It needed a repaint badly and also needed the rust taken care of. There was some pitting that Mario filled and painted over.
So that also answers your question, yes, Winston replaced the seat and down tubes, whilst Mario re-painted it.
