I'm a sucker for the pico panniers.

I've just ordered a bunch of U-bolts and some thick HDPE sheet so I can do my own version. Or perhaps something closer to this: https://www.ovejanegrabikepacking.com/products/bootlegger-fork-bag Either way I'll be bolting stuff to my suspension lowers.

Yours will 100% look better.
They need to be long, not particularly wide. Long is useful.

I don't really have a clue what I'll be putting in them, so I'm not sure what shape they need to be. I think water mainly as the Kona has only one cage and I don't like sweaty backs.
