Henley hilly hundred is a good one.
Nyctophobic, the short version of the anfractuous, is also quite good.
But if you want the Chilterns rather than audax points, look at reliability ride routes such as the harp hilly hundred or Westerley Winter Warmer (my one).
There are a couple of sportives, Chiltern hundred, which I think is basically the Chiltern cycleway, and the Marlow red kite.
