Chiltern Chiltern Bang Bang is one of his non-hilly ones we did recently that was quite nice.
Of the AA ones, I did the Cheeky Chilterner and Chiltern Chillout a bunch of times but that was primarily because they were AA best bang for buck. I'd probably do them and leave the Amersham climb out. But depends what you're after, going for all the hills doesn't normally make for such a nice ride. There's also some of the Reliability Rides you might consider like Harp Hilly 100. They go further north so you see different stuff like Ivinghoe Beacon etc
