How long until you've perfected the recipe for others to shamelessly copy?

Well, it's good enough for me to keep shoveling in to my face. I suspect, like bread, i'll never be 100% satisfied and keep trying tweaking the recipe, although there's a lot less potential for change when there's just 1 ingredient.
