Do you get "Unable to locate package sqlite3-dev"?

Yeah that's it, then when I run install nzbdrone I get

 Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

 nzbdrone : Depends: sqlite3 (>= 3.7) but it is not installable
            Depends: mediainfo (>= 0.7.52) but it is not installable

Ah, looks like that probably wasn't an issue for me as I installed them when setting up Radarr. The first 3 steps here may be what you need
