I'm waiting for an order from triton as well its been weeks but a friend of mine ordered a bike from them a couple of weeks ago and it arrived after 3 or 4 days. I've ordered a bike and bits from them last year and the bike took days and the parts took weeks for both orders so i don't think the delays are covid related they're just a bit shit. Everything turned up in the end and they were cheap.

Yeah, it's weird / sad that they've just gone silent. Hope it gets resolved soon.

No useful advice to offer but I have collected from the Triton warehouse in person before and they were really nice people.
