Thanks, saw that, but it looks mostly on road with a few bike paths here and there.
Planned a route for now, aiming to leave early so should be quiet, although the juicy bits only start from km 30 or so.

Ah, that's a shame, I probably won't do it then.

Your ride looks much better, although I'm not sure I would want to tackle it in one go. I feel pretty battered after 60 or 70 miles of off road.

Yeah, it is taxing on the body, but more relaxing on the mind than 2/300km on the road.
