Slightly peeved that I placed an order with Triton cycles almost a month ago and I've heard nothing from them. They have over a grand of my money.
Is there anything I can do? I know that they're still trading but their phone line is also disconnected for the time being.

It's for a steel frame bike so forged alu ones look too chubby compared to the frame. I have a nitto fillet brazed steel one which is a bit more svelte but it's quite heavy. Hence looking for a Ti one. Would also match the seatpost.

Is there anything I can do?
Depends a lot on how you paid

Of course it was on my debit card....

You could try chargeback if you've given up on the idea of ever getting the order fulfilled.
You could try contacting them using the web form if you haven't already, that's probably going to work better than just emailing them. If you still want the thing but not if it's going to take forever, give them a firm deadline to deliver or refund.
If you've tried both of the above without result, you can use the Small Claims court service online.

Your results may differ but I’ve found web form contacting to be much less effective than direct email, and there’s no trail that you can show the company to prove previous attempts.

Thank you.
I've tried again. Next case is that I speak with my bank and ask them to take action.
Just doesn't seem professional at all. No contact for a month.

Doesn't look like you are the only one having trouble.

I've got an order pending with Triton as well and had no contact from them.
It's not a scam at least, I've used them several times in the past. Obviously something COVID related.

They’re all dead?

something COVID related
Answering emails is one thing coronavirus shouldn't interrupt. The easiest way to avoid getting slagged off on the internet is to be on the front foot with customer service, which includes telling people why their delivery is delayed before they even ask.

Or buy a LFGSS book; it comes with a free cap and patch.

No useful advice to offer but I have collected from the Triton warehouse in person before and they were really nice people.

I'm waiting for an order from triton as well its been weeks but a friend of mine ordered a bike from them a couple of weeks ago and it arrived after 3 or 4 days. I've ordered a bike and bits from them last year and the bike took days and the parts took weeks for both orders so i don't think the delays are covid related they're just a bit shit. Everything turned up in the end and they were cheap.

Where, when and who would print me a life sized Jimmy Seville cut out?
Got a plan, need help! ;)

Does it need to be stain resistant?

Now then.

Yeah, it's weird / sad that they've just gone silent. Hope it gets resolved soon.

What does the editor of Private Eye have to do with this?

He never can say goodbye?
Maybe I should have said "ime".
Either way I'm not sure what the point of buying a cheap Ti stem is. If you don't want to spend lots on a stem there are tonnes of alu ones from large reputable manufacturers. If you want a Ti stem, surely a big part of it is the tart factor (perfectly legitimate). In which case why would you want a cheap no-name one rather than a bling branded one?
All that said I'm currently using a Ti stem.
