That's brilliant, thank you very much :)
Sounds like Harbour Lights will be ideal if not too busy

Have now found Courtyard Cafe and Cafe 212 in Uckfield, both of which look viable. So just a Farnham option needed, if anyone knows one. Thanks!

Krema Coffee House is probably the best coffee in Farnham and also does good food - seems they're currently open from 7.30am. Bike parking might be a bit tricky though. Nice grassy bits to sit nearby if you're happy to takeaway.

Excellent, really appreciated - there'll be a couple of us so take away and sitting on the grass with the bikes will work. Thanks!

Route tip...
Avoid Bury Hill near Arundel. Itβs a nightmare, steep and with 2 blind bends for drivers. -

Noted, thanks!

Did you eat in littlehampton

Ha, we did indeed - Farnham, nothing was open including Krema π... Went round and round the one way gyratory bit and finally settled for waitrose, standing outside wet and chilly
Littlehampton - Harbour Lights open, awesome fish and chips, sat on the dockside in the sun and loving life π
Uckfield, nothing was open including both the places I'd identified... Wandered fruitlessly up and down the street, ended up going to subway - the only option, and I'm sure the last stretch was slightly harder as a result π¬
So all in all, great shout for Littlehampton!

Glad you enjoyed
If you are down this way again
same owner has another cafe in felpham near bognor regis
During good times prior to the virus the menu changes early evening
The duck with chilli noodles is superb
Decent food reasonable prices
Good cycling down that way
It's called the lobster pot again right on the seafront
Great menu and plenty of places to park up and chill if the seating issues haven't changed- nice bikes

Cheers might be a while before we do it again but will remember that too!
And thanks!
At the end of next week I'm doing a 12 hour ride with my mate, and we are looking for appropriate places to stop for breakfast (c.8am) in Farnham, lunch in Littlehampton, and then massive carb gorge afternoon break point in Uckfield.
Wondered if anyone on here could assist with suggestions of places that in the current circs are both open and appropriate for these three stopping points? Very grateful for any pointers - anything within a few mile radius of those points would be very helpful. Thanks!
