Are there any gravel/offroad routes getting out of town NW of London, similar to Epping forest from Leyton?

Haven't ridden it, just found it on RWGPS. May do it at some point though.

Thanks, saw that, but it looks mostly on road with a few bike paths here and there.
Planned a route for now, aiming to leave early so should be quiet, although the juicy bits only start from km 30 or so.
