There are quite a few services out there that check you used a valid email address, if you use on then your survey platform will just delete the form if the address was for e.g. Mickey.Mouse@hotmail.com

Train WiFi used to be the classic for me, but any other sign ups too, just use something like gobeldegook@gwrtrainco.cc - no one owns that email, and it gets the job done. I wouldn’t use an actual email service address though, Hotmail/gmail etc.
