I guess the tape on the seat stay caps is hiding a lollipop, plus the frame number .. Les Ephgrave? If so then you are quids in lol

Wow good shout! I’ve just been looking over les ephgrave frames and there are a lot of similarities. The rear drop outs are exactly the same as an ephgrave on Hilary stones website, so I think you may have nailed it in one. Thanks!
