If the question is to do with cheap effective running kit, then the answer is usually decathlon. They do different height, thicknesses and so on, but I find the £2.99 ones totally fine (I only run up to about 12 miles, so can’t talk for real distance)

+1 for Decathlon when it comes to cheap but quality kit (especially cycling and general exercise clothing).
I’ve found my favourite socks are just cheapo Adidas multipack ones from footlocker or something.

More mile socks are indestructible. The elastic eventually goes round the ankle (after maybe 5 years) but I cannot make a hole in the toebox.
Many other socks have come and gone - the More Miles remain.
I think I got 5 pairs for a tenner at the London Marathon expo 6 years ago

Can I have some sock recommendations please, I seem to spend more than I’m happy paying, find them uncomfortable but use them for a season because they were ten quid a pair. Mid length and thicker/padded as opposed to those super thin cycling stylee...
Hilly’s any good?
