You shouldn't be paying any postage at all if the item is faulty. You should be able to start a return as normal from here and opt to say you want the item replaced (providing they have stock) rather than a refund.

I bought a monitor on ebay refurbished form a business not individual.
Its faulty and needs to go back.
How do i get it back to them without it costing me a) a fortune as I dont think i can get that refunded? and b) without me having to take it to a post office.. not in this environment
