• vulnerability of individuals
  
• who ‘you’ are (critical or non critical role)
  
• where you are on the timeline of tests being returned
  
• a bunch of other shit
  
  

I think the journalist thinks ‘lockdowns’ will be of regions. That’s less likely than closing of (for example) a hospital or an office or business.
