serious run that. with such a small elevation, 37m in 21km is about 1.7m per km.

It’s basically a loop around the lea river and marshes so super flat. Only elevation is dropping into and out of the water level. I do need to maybe run in the opposite direction and hit some of the Essex hills...

I have been sent an email with the Orion fell race route if you are interested. The only Cat A fell race inside the M25.

It was pretty windy today, that's a good effort
