Local dude was clearing out his late granddads place and was moving this Master Collection for cheap. No box or papers, a little beaten up. I would never go for this hand style or roman numerals but it's growing on me, a nice coming together of sport and dress. Spooky dead granddad watch.

Yep, 1977 I think. Tissot 2030 movement, their first in-house quartz.

I have a Seiko from that era that’s similar, such a wearable size.

Bought some nice 20mm silicon straps which have been languishing in customs for a month, arrived today and really pleased.

The curved/moulded ends on those straps make them so comfortable and the watch sits much better on the wrist in my experience. Have one on my Seiko samurai and it made it great for all day comfort.

Have a few of those easy fix straps. Love the ease of changing, bust mostly the lowering of chance to scratch your pride and joy.

Got one of these coming but without the C3 symbol.

Second new watch in as many months?

Is the crown big like the first or tucked away like the second?

First is taken with zoom lens, second wide angle.

Also, crown is out on first, to hold the second hand I think.

This is my first new one.
