1) Shimano RS30 front 700c with Conti GP4000s 23 £17 sold
Bought new from retailer and used for approx 2000 miles - runs pretty true, bearings not smooth but run ok. Lots of life left in braking surface. Conti tyre is well used and shows a lot of wear.

2) Shimano R500 front 700c with Conti Ultra Sport 23 £17 SOLD
Came on 2nd hand tt bike purchase - not too badly out of true, bearings could do with regreasing/maybe replacing but again run ok. Fair amount of cosmetic scratching and cosmetic wear but lots of life left in braking surface. Conti tyre has loads of life left.

3) Shimano R500 rear 700c with Conti Gator, shimano (I think) 10speed cassette and skewer £17 SOLD
Came on 2nd hand tt bike purchase - fairly out of true, bearings surprisingly feel smooth although freehub may need some tlc. Braking surface life is good. Tyre hasn't seen much action and looks very good. Cassette - unsure on mileage

4) Weinmann 700c rear Shimano/ Sram 10speed freehub £5
I bought this 2nd hand and used it solely on my kurt kinetic turbo trainer indoors for about 1.5 years - therefore braking surface looks like it has hardly seen any use. Bearings are shagged and trueness is off
