Brake pads yes. Is the rear brake track worn or just catching the light weird on the photo?

Tyres I wouldn't necessarily need.

The back wheel is worn. There's still grip on the surface but it's just taken some of the paint off.
I think I have another pair of new pads too.
Waiting to sell the frame and then I can confirm it with you.
