Nice cranks ;-)
I've had mine on the Straggler for 3.5 years now (intermittent use) and I've got a drivetrain tick that I first thought was the chainguide (which did need adjusting), then the chainring bolts (one was worryingly loose, two others worth tightening), then pedals/cleats (the XT SPDs that were on there did have a bit of movement between pedal and shoe, but it's still there with the SPD-SLs... Might be time to deep-clean the drivetrain and check for chain suck. And then check the BB bearings.
That seatpost clamp is crap, need a 2-bolt to avoid unwanted tilt when trying to tractor up rough climbs.
Got bored one day and had a bottle T-cut for the car so decided to give the bikes a little freshen up. One of the hottest days of the year and I take the “winter” bike out. I had a 6800 FD on here but the long arm kept fouling the mudguard and making tyre rub when in the big ring. Swapped for a R8000 FD and problem solved ツ
