  • Started stripping this down last night

Paint is fantastically awful, but in good nick for 27yrs old. I need to do some research into sympathetic cleaning products to remove some ingrained road muck though. Anyone got any recommendations?

The frame is quite aggressive (for me) the BB shell (which is Cinelli, I discovered under the grime) is 3cm lower and HT 2 cm shorter than my modern Rourke despite having Roughly the same TT and ST lengths.

Weekend jobs will be to remove the shifter boss shrouds and keep cleaning it up

As in 30mm difference in BB drop?

  • Noice noice. You could try melamine sponge/magic eraser for the clean up if its surface grit over the topcoat.
