It was mega-ish, about 8h of hot and dusty riding, yet one of the best routes I've ridden recently. I wrote something here, and some more pictures on Strava or IG. There are some long stretches of posh gravel bridleways, but also some single tracks and bumpier farm tracks, little tarmac.
This time of the year it can be easily done on 28s, but having more air definitely pays off in terms of comfort on such distances offroad.
