Universal chinese chef knife.
I now have a Zwilling cleaver, Victorinox cleaver, cheap chinese shop cleaver, and am now wanting one with a bit more class. The one pictured above is probably a bit too small.Having got used to the bench scraper use of the cleaver, using other knives seems messy and impractical!
