• Update on these: Looks like it was just the edges that were a bit loose. The topping has now set a bit and they've sliced nicely into little blocks.

  • I think it's always the way that flapjacks are fall aparty until they've properly cooled down and the sugar and/or golden syrup has set and hardened.

  • Missus also said that cooking the PB, etc mix was probably pointless as we don't have PB with all that binder agent shit in it (I'm looking at you, palm oil!) so if she does another batch it'll just be mixed cold.
