What are those high rise bars in that picture?

They're some renthal dirt jump bars I think. Got em on ebay. Gusset open prison 3" risers are quite similar in shape but steel, if you're looking for something like it.

Such a lovely bike GLWS
Please read this carefully if you're interested!
Arguably not the best forum for this, but I am in London so let's see.
I've had this less than a year. Previous owner did a quick resto on the fully stock original bike which according to him was a barn find. This is a really reluctant sale as it's the most fun bike I have to ride, but I "accidentally" picked up that freebie rockhopper last night and this has to go to make space.
When I bought it last July, it had just had a brand new grips, brake pads, chain, cassette and full cable set. I will replace the inner brake cables again before collection, the others are still good. I myself have fitted new plastic BMX pedals and Halo Twin rail tyres. Unfortunately, the original front V-brake broke so has been replaced with something a little newer. I was always very surprised how light the bike is overall.
PRICE REDUCED 3/6/20 to £300
This bike is 100% fully ready to ride out the door in Hackney (collection preferred). Note I'm selling it with the original Kore stem/bar combo, not the riser bar combo shown (just posted that photo so you can see the different possibilities - afraid I'm keeping those bars).
Spec:
1998 GT Zaskar Medium frame 18” ball burnished frame 6061 alloy
Front wheel - mavic rim, GT hub (my favourite part on the bike - oversized polished guy)
Rear wheel - mavic rim, Shimano STX RC hub
Crankset - Shimano STX RC triple chainring
Front mech - Shimano LX
Rear mech - Shimano XT (in outstanding condition)
Shifters - Shimano LX
Brake levels - Shimano LX I think (need to check)
Seat post — Kore
Stem — Kore
Brakes - Shimano V-Brakes (unsure exact model)
Bars — Kore
Grips — DMR Deathgrip (one bolt missing)
Pedals - Federal BMX plastic
Seat — WTB
Tyres - Halo twin rails
Condition:
Frame is excellent overall with the exception of a small dent in the top tube and the decals are flaking a bit as they're so old.
There's some tape on the saddle
last seller thought it might need a new headset before too long. I haven't thought that but thought I should mention
One of the bolts on the deathgrips is missing. I've been riding it like that for months but you might prefer to replace it.
Rims have very very little wear and are like new. Wheels are are as true as I can get them personally.
No play in BB, HS or either of the hubs.
I'd say the condition of the parts is quite exceptional given the age, but obviously it is 22 years old so there are the usual cosmetic marks here and there.
