There is not much info about Pedersen bicycles in general. Of course the original Dursley Pedersens are worth a fortune, and this is a replica, made to the original plans. I have scoured the Vintage Cycle Club Library of which I am a member and most info and books are about the original Dursleys, rather than the later replicas of the 60s, 70s and 80s.
This is a Cheltenham Pedersen made by Individual Cycles of Cheltenham as opposed to an Andersen, Pedersen, Kemper Pedersen, or a Sutton Pedersen (The Swindon one) (http://dursley-pedersen.net/replicas/cheltenham.html)
The frame number is 011085
The numbers meaning this was made by Cheltenham Pedersen in October 1985 and this is #1 of however many were made. I understand but have no proof that Individual Cycles Ltd., based in Cheltenham, started making late 1985, so it could also be bike 1 of October, and others were built in August and September.
In terms of sizes and my size. I want the saddle slung down like a hammock rather than taught for touring, more of a pub bike for me, though I know a chap who cycled around SE-Asia on one and they are indeed great for touring. You'd have to try it to see if it fits, the frame sizing says "Large 30-33 in, 76-83 cm" e.g. inside leg of 30-33 inches. My inseam for trousers is 30inches.

Apparently Individual Bicycles built 180 of these Cheltenham Pedersens (https://www.the-saleroom.com/en-us/auction-catalogues/brightwells/catalogue-id-srbr10012/lot-2cd361a9-229f-464f-95fa-a4240031c59a)
