Woodworkshop to share.

Hey folks, warning this is totally off-topic. Not selling nor renting anything but I thought it was a good place to see if anybody would be interested on something like this.

I am looking to rent a warehouse space and build a small wood workshop in which I can work on some personal projects and have some fun on the weekends and after work. As this is a hobby I will not be able to afford to rent a space on my own, but I have some really good price for spaces in the Hackney wick area and I would love to see if someone would be keen to share it with me.

The idea is to buy second-hand machines and tools, and shared everything to bring the cost down as much as possible, whilst being able to have a half-ass decent space to work.

What size place do you need

something small would do. Enough to put up a couple of benches. But depends of what I can find really?
