So I found this on a local site and couldn't really subdue my inner Jan.
It's mostly French parts and rides really well. The only thing I can complain about is the force required to operate the brakes.
The plan is as follows:
*Source new tubulars for when the schwalbe Milanos give up
*Fix braking
*Give it a clean with turtle Wax
*Source silver Simplex levers
*If possible remove rust from front rack and forks (aluminium foil?)
*Source new Mafac hoods
*If possible build up rear mudguard
*Might remove rear rack
