It’s a nice enough bike but considering the average/non-period correct parts and presumably non-original finish it’s realistically worth more like £2-300 on here as buyers tend to be quite discerning, especially with stuff like this(see mixte thread). A bike is rarely worth close to the sum of its parts sadly.
Ebay/gumtree might be worth a punt for what you want for it.
If you split it for parts you might get closer to your asking price than complete.
