  • This is the first time I've ever felt a physical effect from caffeine! Very happily drink multiple coffees after a meal and don't worry about sleeping. As many cups of normal brew as I want and never understood people describing caffeine-y symptoms. This stuff just seems to be something else... very strange!

  • I stop caffeine intake at lunchtime-ish and definitely seem to get to bed earlier than I used to on average these days. But it's only my pre-workout I notice anything nearing a buzz from. Using the wrong dose of pure caffeine I was sweating before I got on the turbo but I've not had heart palpitations or any weird shit.
