Looks like an Acumed midshaft plate which is indeed titanium. No expense spared for the forumengers

Oh, the linskey is lime gold. Must get the plate changed. . . . . second thoughts it would be less painful to change the paint.
So, what not to do on your bicycle on your way home from work after a late shift.
1) hit a kerb
2) fall off your bike
3) break your collar bone
4) break your collar bone so badly it needs six screws and a metal plate.
5) cry like a girl.
