It turns out these wheels were hand built for a preproduction bike using the following...
Hubs: Joytech D041-12-CL / D142TSE-X12-CL-11S hubs 11sp Shimano, centrelock
Rims: Jalco PHL260 OS rims (asymmetrical, pinned construction, 23mm ID, hookless, tubeless ready, 460g) with Pillar PG 2.0mm spokes w/ black brass nipples.
The rims are from a factory in Taiwan called Saint Jump (build Spank, Stan’s, and many others).
Jalco are also a good vendor - make all of Mavic’s Far Eastern stuff.
I’ve amended the prices above accordingly
