I order quite a lot of bike parts, and SJS is absolutely, positively, the last place I'll order from unless I'm (very much) not in a hurry, as it often takes them days to dispatch stuff.
I would expect the seller in China to get me my order before SJS puts it in a bag.
I probably can't compete with your order volumes, but I have to say that over the last couple of years I've had the complete opposite experience with SJS. Always received whatever I ordered within 3 days.

I ordered the front mech shim from SJS on Sunday, paid £3.50 for the shim and £3.50 for delivery of said shim. They won't have seen it until Monday morning of course, which given that I have (in the past few seconds) received the "we've just posted it" email suggests that it's taken them three entire days to find the shim, put the shim in an envelope, and then hand the envelope to their courier company of choice. Who fucking knows how long the courier will now take to deliver it. I really wish I'd not ordered from them as the speed with which they handle this sort of thing is very frustrating. Hey ho, it's not that I didn't know they were shit at being a mail order business so it's my own fault. Fuck SJS though.
