Can't see the 2nd image but I've got a pelago rack on my dolan, and it mounts to the axle and brake mount.

Basil make decent racks that start from about £30, but the QR axle might be a bit of an issue.

Is there something that can be mounted to front axle and brake drilling?
Or, something that can be mounted to those big round carbon forks from PX?
