Massive planter? Or, maybe 20” wheels... #bikesfortinypeople
There are ten of these in our communal courtyard of the building I live in. The are ‘bout 3’ high and this one has a chestnut that was planted a couple of years back by a former resident. No idea about what they are though, a landscaper put these here last summer.
Just rode it to my lbs to show it to the owner. Best compliment I got: ‘So you designed it yourself and had the frame made? Wait, you build it yourself?! I’m impressed, very impressed.’
