There was a very nasty virus going round in February/March that wasn't Covid-19, I think that's what you had, especially as coronavirus didn't really start spreading in the community until the start of March. I expect you may have had the same non-Covid thing that I had.
Someone on here had the nasty virus, thought that might be it, and then a couple months later had actual covid-19 (as confirmed by test), which I found pretty persuasive.
Personal experience and that of quite a few colleagues, so no source no. And in theory they could all have had Covid-19 except me as I'm the only one who has had the antibody test yet.
