I think you're grasping at straws here.
There was a very nasty virus going round in February/March that wasn't Covid-19, I think that's what you had, especially as coronavirus didn't really start spreading in the community until the start of March. I expect you may have had the same non-Covid thing that I had.

Could the issue of the test being designed for venous blood, and the test being conducted with finger-stick blood be an issue here?
